A new build private house featuring ground source heat system, photovoltaic panels and exceptional levels of insulation. This reinforced concrete structure is clad in brick and insulated render. The finished house incorporates solar filtering blinds and a mechanical car lift. 

Highly commended in the London LABC awards for best new individual home.
