A major two storey extension and complete refurbishment of a Victorian maisonette.

Orsman Construction worked closely with the client to combine traditional techniques and materials with modern building methods to create an interior with the warmth and textures of a period property but the space and amenities of modern living.

The property features traditional skylights, reclaimed flooring, exposed joists, feature brickwork, a bespoke kitchen made from reclaimed materials with concrete surfaces.
